aviso.bz is an advertising platform that provides advertising services and gives its users an opportunity to earn additional income by completing tasks. The full list of our services is below. The account currency of the platform is the Russian ruble (RUB). For convenience, prices are also shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and US dollars (USD), converted at the current official rate of the National Bank of Georgia. The exact amount in GEL to be charged to your card is shown before you confirm the payment.

Important

aviso.bz does not provide any services other than those listed above. We do not sell referrals and do not use referral bots. We do not organize matrices or financial pyramids. We do not practise or encourage gambling. We do not, under any pretext, provide exchange services for the electronic currencies used in the project; there is no technical possibility of such actions on aviso.bz. Attempts to cheat the system are penalized.

Payment and delivery

All services on aviso.bz are paid for by adding them to the cart and paying via the offered payment methods. The service selected by the user is reserved for a certain time, giving the user the opportunity to pay for the purchase or to continue selecting services. The main (earnings) account cannot be topped up via payment systems. When paying for an order you will be redirected to the payment provider you have chosen. All services are paid for and delivered instantly, automatically. All services are described in detail and have unambiguous names. The buyer is obliged to understand the meaning of their actions. Refunds for paid but not rendered services, and of the unused balance of the advertising account, are made in accordance with the Refund Policy. In case of any failures in payment and/or delivery of services, please contact our Technical Support.

Confirmation of service

After payment the amount is credited to the advertising account instantly and the operation appears in the account's transaction history. The ordered service starts automatically; its progress and statistics are shown in the section of the corresponding campaign. If a service was not provided due to a failure, contact Technical Support: requests are accepted around the clock and answered within 24 hours.

Money operations

Every user of aviso.bz has 2 accounts:
Main account — the account to which earnings are credited and from which they are withdrawn.
Payouts from the main account are made to the payment systems and wallets available in the payouts section of the user's account.
Advertising account — the account from which all purchases in the system are made.
The advertising account can be topped up by transferring earned funds from the main account, or via any of the payment methods available on aviso.bz. The advertising account is topped up automatically. Withdrawal of funds from the advertising account to the user's wallet, and transfer of funds from the advertising account to the main account, are not performed, which rules out currency exchange. Refunds of the unused balance of the advertising account and of payments for services not rendered are made only to the payment details from which the top-up was made, in the manner and within the time limits set out in the Refund Policy.

Payment security

Orders can be paid for with Visa and Mastercard bank cards and via the other payment methods available on the top-up page. To pay by card you will be redirected to the secure page of a payment provider certified under the PCI DSS security standard. Your card details never reach the site aviso.bz: they are processed on the payment provider's side. The price and description of the service are shown before payment is confirmed.
